Booking Terms & Conditions

Best Flexible Rates

When you book direct you always get the absolute best rates, saving at least 10% off any other public website.  This saving will be shown on screen when searching available dates. A non-refundable Deposit of AUD$250.00 is required at the time of booking. If cancelled 0 – 13 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. Failure to arrive will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given.

Weekly Rates

When you book direct a discount of 20% will be automatically applied for a 7 night stay or more. This rate is non-refundable. If you have to cancel for any reason you are not entitled to a refund. A deposit equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. This rate cannot be cancelled, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. Failure to arrive will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given.

Bookings Made Through Online Platforms or Other Agencies

Please refer to the terms and conditions outlined by your booking provider.

Non-Refundable or Short Lead Bookings

If your booking falls within 14 days OR is non-refundable please expect funds to be processed on the credit card you have supplied when making the booking. We also advise that there is a surcharge fee of 1.43% on all transactions that run through our virtual terminal.

Paying by Direct Bank Deposit incurs no surcharge and can be arranged in advance of your scheduled payment date. (Please request an invoice for payment details)

Apartment Selections

As all apartments are individually owned, styles and furniture will vary from apartment to apartment. The photos on our website are an indication of the various styles and balcony views, therefore if you have specific requirements, please contact us to ensure the apartment you book meets your expectations.

Online Check-in

Prior to receiving any key collection details and checking in you will need to complete an ONLINE check-in. As we don’t see many guests this is an important security step for us and our owners. This will be sent to you 2 days beforehand via email and again as a text message the day before or the morning of your arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check in, if not uploaded prior. 

 

Additional Information

Preparation For Your Holiday

We have provided some basic consumables to get you started. It’s best that you take responsibility for what you need during your stay and stock up with supplies (where possible) from a local supermarket before or during your stay.

Recreation Areas

These areas are open from 7 AM to 9 PM only. Please ensure you tidy your space when leaving, and returning used golf clubs, balls, and tennis paddles. When using the BBQ, kindly use plastic glasses and plates, and remember to clean the BBQ after use.

Smoking

Alexandria Apartments is a SMOKE FREE Resort which incurs a fine of $200.00 for cleaning. There is no smoking in the apartments, balconies, or any other areas within the complex.

Noise & No Party Policy

Please keep in mind that fellow residents and guests have the right to enjoy their stay in a peaceful and quiet environment. Please be considerate of all our guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm. Should we have to attend your room to address a noise complaint, you may be subject to a $100.00 after hours call out fee.

Security company will be notified, and extra charges will apply if they are required to attend site. Continuous breaches could result in immediate eviction.

Rubbish

Please ensure you dispose of your rubbish in the chute rooms provided on each level of the building. Bins for glass and other recycling materials can be found in basement 1 Car Park. Under No circumstances is glass to be placed down the chutes.

Additional fees may apply should excess rubbish be left in your apartment (More than one full bin).

No Pets Policy

If pets have been present in an apartment pest control and additional cleaning will be required and will be charged to your account.
